* homemade popsicles *

Good morning, Friends!

Check out these beautiful popsicles! I cannot believe I made them.

 I have been obsessed with other people's popsicle pictures on Pinterest, so I decided that i have to make them until we still have all these lovely fruit this summer.

You're not going to believe how easy is to make them and they are absolutely delicious.

I need to warn you, these popsicles are like the Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter compare to Nutella. They are not going to be as sweet as a regular popsicle, but they are healthy, packed with vitamins, so you can taste the fruit not the sugar. :)

I hope you'll try to make them!

You'll need:

- greek yogurt ( 1 cup )
- coconut milk ( 1/2 cup )
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
- maple syrup
- fruit ( blackberries, raspberries )

Mix everything together, divide among the popsicle molds, and place it in the freezer.

Enjoy your yummy, delicious, healthy popsicles!

* unique marshmallow sticks *

It's getting really cold here in South Carolina so go ahead and take those marshmallows, graham crackers, pretty blankets out and let's have an awesome campfire with your friends and family.

I love to make a big deal out of everything so I thought I could make a few pretty "marshmallow sticks" for our next campfire-y night.

You'll need:
*sticks
*knife
*paint ( color of your choice )
*glitter
*yarn /twine
*paintbrush

 1. Use your knife. Try to "shave" your stick. ( just like in the old days when we didn't have pencil sharpeners :) )
2. Paint some easy patterns on the bottom half of your stick.

   3. If you want some glitter, do not wait for the paint to dry, go ahead and poor some on it!

4. You can even personalize them, by painting names on them.

5. Don't be shy! Use that glitter! :)

Ta da!!

Turn your phones off and spend some time with your family and friends! Make something special and enjoy some s'mores!

I hope you had/having a lovely week!

BIY * Chocolate Love *

BIY.
Let's make something personal each month! Is it the birthday month of one of your friends? Husband? Your Mom?Dad? Is it your sister's birthday? Is it Valentine's Day?
I got you covered. We will make a super easy, homemade little gift for the birthday boy/girl/man/woman in your life.
I would like to post something BIY each month, so you can surprise your loved ones with an extra special gift.

I made these chocolate spoons for everyone for Christmas. They are easy to make, and a real inexpensive treat for anyone.
Forget about the powders, make a real,super rich, fancy hot chocolate.

Let's get BIYing

You'll need :

     *ice tray *chocolate chips (white or regular) *wooden spoons ( they are really cheap on amazon)

     Different flavors/decoration:
     * peppermint
     * cinnamon
     * marshmallows
     * sprinkles
     * orange zest
     * almonds

*Go ahead and melt you chocolate.....
Wait, what? How do I melt chocolate?
Use a double boiler. You'll need a pot with water in it. Put a pan on top of it, where you'll put your chocolate in. Chocolate can burn very easily, so the water steam will melt the chocolate for you.
* Pour the melted chocolate into your ice tray. Mix it with white chocolate for a marble effect, use only white chocolate, mix the flavor in it ( cinnamon, orange zest, peppermint.. etc.)
* Put your spoon in the middle.
* Decorate the top!
*Put your tray in the fridge for a few hours.

( I tried mine with a cookie pan as well, the only thing I did differently is that I rubbed the pan with coconut oil before I poured the chocolate in. )

The flavor is really up to you, and the person who is receiving your gift. My husband's favorite is the one with the marshmallows, really simple, classic hot chocolate. I love the orange one with some cinnamon.

Give it it a try, trust me everybody loves hot chocolate! And the fact that you made it especially for them will make it the most delicious treat they have ever had.

* bookend magic *

I love books. I absolutely LOVE books.
I love how they smell, I love how they feel ...(weirdo) I love that magical world that they create when you read them.
With all that said I have lots of books, I mean a LOT.
Having lots of books on your bookshelf can be a little bit boring so I wanted an easy way to dress it up.
I was looking on Pintreset ( where else?! ) and these were my favorite  ideas :

1. 2. 3. 4.
After all the researching I decided to be CREATIVE and make my own bookends.
You need to know two things about me:
 1.  I am obsessed with maps, airplanes... basically everything with traveling.
 2. I love collecting things ... " Don't throw away that "amazing" tissue box/toilet paper roll/ container, we can use it for something..."

So here is what I came up with :

A-Z, here it is. I hope you liked it, and you'll be creative this weekend!
Don't forget to RECYCLE!

* Make someone happy *

Making someone happy is really easy, so why not do it with some homemade little gift cards?
I've recently mailed off some packages for my family and friends in Hungary.
I wanted to make something thoughtful for them, but I needed something flat and small to fit in the packages, so I decided on making unique 3D cards for them.

They are easy to make ( as always) so use your creativity and make someone HAPPY today!

* You can do it *

1.  2.  3.  4.

Valentine's Day is really hard if you are in a long distance relationship. It's important to make your loved one happy. That's what my husband did. He painted me a super cute clothespin, just like the one on my inspiration board. (4.) It was one of the sweetest things he made me during our long distance stage.
So when I started to plan our Hungarian wedding, I looked at that little clothespin, and decided to make our wedding favors just like the one HE made me.

They are cheap and easy to make, and I think they are amazing gifts cause everyone will know that you made each and every one of them.
Here is how I managed to make them by hand for all of the guests for our wedding.
P.S.: If you have an insane amount of guests you might need some help from your friends and family to make them :)

For my wedding I painted the back like a rainbow, and on the sides, I put our names and the date. I think everyone loved them, and I hope I could help you with this little project.

*Hungarian doughnuts*

February was the Carnival season in Hungary. I remember when I was a kid and my parents and grandparents were busy making those yummy round doughnuts for the carnival. My most favorite ones were not the ones everyone thinks of when they hear the word "doughnut".
They are crispier and have a different shape, and if you ask me, I'd tell you that they are much better than the regular ones.

I hope you will try it, they are so delicious!

Have a wonderful day!
