Banana bread

Good morning Friends!

I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Ours was pretty busy so I am typing this
pretty late :), but I wanted you to have this amazing recipe.

Here is my second deliciousness for fall. I found this one on Pinterest too, and I had
to give it a go.
Banana bread recipe
( with coconut flour + no sugar)

So this was my very first banana bread and it turned out very good. I would
say though it's a little bit thick, so I tried to eat it with some juicy figs or
just grab a handful of berries and heat them up on your stove, add a little bit of
water, maybe some cinnamon and   ta-da, you got the most amazing topping for your
healthy banana bread.

Let me know what's your favorite fall recipe!

Have a wonderful week!

Baked apples for breakfast

Good morning Friends!

I have an amazing breakfast/snack/dessert recipe for you!

Since fall is here, I started Pinteresting some great healthy recipes for us.

Here is the first one I tried:

Baked apples

I baked mine in the oven, at least for 20 minutes on 350F. Watch your granola,
 don't let it get burnt. I used dark chocolate granola in one of my apples,
that's whey it's so dark :) Enjoy!

Have a wonderful weekend!!

* anniversary trip (pt.2.) *

Good morning Friends!

Here is part 2 of our anniversary trip.

My favorite moments/things from Islands of Adventure, Hogsmeade :

* nonstop Harry Potter music

* Butterbeer & Pumpkin juice (yumm)

* Hogwarts ( the best wait for a ride, walking around in Hogwarts! )

* The bathroom ( you can hear Moaning Myrtle! :) )

* Snowy buildings

* Lunch at the Three Broomsticks

* Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ( ride!)

If I had to choose, I would pick Hogsmeade over Diagon Alley. This one had more rides,
and obviously I got to step into Hogwarts, and walk through all the different rooms,
just like in the books/movies.

I will never forget this trip!

Have a wonderful week Friends!

* anniversary trip (pt.1) *

Good morning Friends!

So this past weekend we went on a little anniversary trip to Orlando.

Here are my favorite moments/things of Universal,The Wizarding World of Harry Potter:

* Butterbeer

* The music

* Colorful buildings

* The dragon on top of Gringotts Bank

* The signs  ( "to subscribe send us an owl", "fine wands"..etc. )

* The ride

* My Husband

* some more butterbeer ( cold, frozen, hot!!)

I absolutely loved Diagon Alley, it was so magical, like you were in the actual book :)

I am not a big fan of rides, but oh my goodness, the Harry Potter one is worth the 60 minute wait.

It's like a 3D simulation, not a roller coaster! I loved it!

What we've leaned is that if a ride is inside it is not going to be scary, all the 3D things and pictures around you take your mind off of the ride itself.

It was an amazing experience, I am so glad I could share it with my husband and that i got over my fear and i got to actually enjoy the rides.

I'll share my Hogwarts experience next week, I hope you enjoyed this one, have a wonderful weekend!
