Good morning Friends!

I thought I would show you my favorite healthy treats this month :



* dates+ almond butter

* green goddess smoothie (kale+avocado+celery+parsley+lemon juice+apple+ pineapple )

* fried banana slices ( add coconut oil+cinnamon )

* roasted chick peas ( salt+ pepper+ olive oil )
